I thought Mental Health Awareness Week was five days, not seven.
I didn’t prepare much beforehand.
I have done an extra day’s work today and have my counselling course tomorrow. That is THREE WHOLE DAYS of lots of interacting with people and a serious amount of “let’s go round the circle and share” tomorrow. A severe INFJ stressor.
About needing to write about anxiety.
So tonight this is all you get. My
cop-out choice to do soothing things rather than write a lengthy post. I’ve done what I need to do so that I can relax but made it manageable. Win.
